I really am sucking at this blogging thing. The most exciting and interesting part of my day, most days, is hanging out with my kids and husband and laughing at the crazy and funny things they do and say. I put Mark in there because he keeps me laughing just as much as these girls do. However, I do not want to be the kind of blogger who only talks about her wonderful husband (because everyone know when you brag about it all the time it's probably not true) and adorable kids (which my kids definitely are). So I'll try to post cool stuff when/if something out of the ordinary happens, like a girls night, or a trip to COZUMEL(45 days and counting).
But for now, all I have to talk about is my family, so if you don't want to hear about it, stop reading. It IS my blog, after all....
Yesterday I asked Kayla what she wanted for dinner and she said, "I want Matt-a-woni (macaroni) and a sandwich." Mia replied, "Well Kayla, that sure is a lot of protein for you." I laughed out loud and nearly drove us off the road. Thank goodness we live in Hutto and the roads aren't that big or busy.
I would also like to share with you now what I just read in the google search bar on MY laptop. Mark was using it earlier. It says "Chelsey on dancing with the stars"...I guess he needed to google her and see how old she is or something. Not that he cares, he likes freaking Miley Cyrus. gross.
Well I guess that will be all for now. Two more weeks till summer for me and I can't wait. I don't know how people with normal jobs do it. I am so glad I have a job I (mostly) enjoy and only have to work like half the year:)

Why I LOVE Spring Break
I am getting paid to be off for a week. I get to spend time with my husband and girls. Baskin Robbins World Class Chocolate. Going to Target with the girls at 6:30 on a Wednesday nite and just looking around. Mia's face when I told her she could sleep in her tent in her room. Picnic lunches with good friends.
It seems like I enjoy these breaks more and more as the years go by. Can't imagine having it any other way. Thank you Marky for supporting me and our choices for our family!!

blogging and other random thoughts
OK so I finally took some time tonight to make my blog a little prettier. I still have some work to do but it's a start. Now, what to talk about. This is the problem I am having with blogging so far. I literally have about 100 thoughts passing through my head per minute. Right, Mark?
I have so much to say, so much that I think about that I could go on forever on this thing. But I will spare you the details of my OCD thinking.
For now, I'll talk about the fact that Mia has picked up on singing EVERY song on the radio and even country isn't safe. To hear your daughter sing the words, "It's a quarter after one, I'm a little drunk and I need you now" is a little disturbing. I guess we'll be listening to KGSR, Majic, or watching Damn Little Bear for a while...

CRAZY Mia
OMG tonight was quite a night with Miss Mia. We were eating dinner and she starts singing Sean Kingston's Replay song. I could not figure out what song it was so I asked her to sing it again. She did not say a single real word, but had the tune and rhythm down perfectly, and sang it the EXACT same the second time. . I asked her where she heard the song, cuz I can't stand when I don't know what she's saying/talking about, and I will ask her a million questions to try and figure it out. She says, "The Radio" then, without missing a beat, starts singing..."Stereo, the way you move aint fair, ya know...Hey Soul Sista (by Train). I started laughing so hard I had to get up from the table to prevent from choking on my food. She cracks me up! Can't imagine life without my CRAZY Mia. I'm sure I'll post something about Kayla soon...she is catching up very quickly in the personality department...

I'm new to this....
Well after giving it much thought, I have to decided to...yes...become a blogger. Not sure who will read it, but I really love to scrapbook and just don't have the energy to get all that stuff out regularly, so I thought this would be a nice un-messy way for me to do something similar. AND since I am the only person who ever looks at my HOURS AND HOURS worth of scrapping, I can reach more people with my wonderful work! Wish me luck!!
